Heater Core Flush

Before you dive into the heater core removal procedure, take the time to determine whether you may simply have a blocked heater core instead of a leaking core. If you have little or no heat from your heater, you could have a defective thermostat or you could have a heater core blockage that could be cleared by a heater core flush. Your heater core may be  partially or completely clogged and cause a partial or total loss of heat in the passenger compartment of your vehicle.  It may be possible to unclog the heater core by doing a heater core flush and/or some of the following recommendations and techniques. Removing the blockage can often restore your automobile's heater so that it performs normally and avoid the expense of replacing the heater core.
